Ordering Guidelines
We require a minimum order of 3 single items, or one "Collection", to fulfill your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Please note that, at this time, we are only able to fulfill online orders within the United States. For inquiries about ordering from or shipping to international destinations, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping & Handling
All orders in the continental U.S. will be shipped via UPS and standard shipping is UPS Ground service (delivery in four to seven business days). You may also choose Second-Day Air or Next-Day Air shipping options when placing your order. These rates will be calculated according to shipping weight and zip code and will be displayed to you during the check-out process. Next-Day-delivery orders placed on Thursday after 11AM ET through Friday 11AM ET will arrive on Monday. Next-Day-delivery orders placed on Friday after 11AM ET and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service.
Tracking Your Order
Upon order fulfillment, we will email you a tracking number that will allow you to track your order's shipment status online at UPS.com.
Return Policy
We guarantee that the products you receive from Coastal Goods will be of the highest quality. Any item that deemed unsatisfactory can be replaced or refunded upon your request, provided that you let us know the details of the problem within two business days of receiving your order. (This policy may be subject to periodic revisions.)
Please note that slight variations in color and texture are intrinsic to the nature of products such as sea salt, herbs, and spices, and will not detract from their flavor.
Privacy
Coastal Goods values your privacy and will not sell or give your e-mail address to any third party or for any purpose outside of Coastal Goods orders and promotion.
Security
The personal information you provide (email address, name, billing/shipping address, credit card number, etc.) is collected only for the purpose of completing your purchase. All credit card purchases are executed using secure encryption technology to ensure the safety of the transaction and to protect against fraud.
